In Thailand we now have packages utilising a 48 volt system consisting of 16 Deep Cycle batteries running a pure sine wave inverter which can power most of the house energy needs and run air conditioning units and therefore vastly reducing if not eliminating a major energy bill. We can also offer Hybrid systems utilising both wind and solar energy

Towers

Selecting the correct tower size/height for your wind generator determines how well it will produce energy.
As a good rule, your tower should be tall enough that your generator is at least 25-30 feet above trees and buildings within a 450-500 foot surrounding area.
Raising your wind turbine this high will decrease turbulent winds from reaching your generator and allow your wind generator to produce more constant power, run more smoothly, and less stress on the tower and wind turbine itself.
Also, using a taller tower increases your wind speed to the wind generator blades. There can be a 10mph difference of winds speeds in just 20 feet of height.
Types of towers that can be used are free standing lattice towers, ridged poles in concrete with guy wires, and tilt up towers so it can be lowered and raised from ground level. 
The higher one can mount the wind generator in the air the better. 

Inverters

There are many inverters on the market and you do get what you pay for.
Simple inverters that are great for small homes or cabins. We can install or export several inverters from 12v to 48v please contact us for more information.

All AC lines from the inverters need to be connected by qualified electricians to a breaker box and fed to the outlets.
If you have very sensitive equipment like digital electronics, or certain medical equipment, and some types of computer, you might need to upgrade to a  Pure Sine Wave inverter.

Batteries

The amount of batteries, type of batteries, and voltage battery system you are going to run depends on how much power you plan to use and what you are going to power. If the system is for a small house or cabin running a simple TV, lights, and a small microwave, 4 - 6 Deep Cycle high capacity batteries would be a good start. We can install, replace and export several different batteries - please contact our office for further information
 

 

Small Wind Turbines

 

We have small wind power generators that can generates up to 250W. Outputs 7.5A at 19 knots (12V system). Turbine Diameter is 910mm. Weighs 10.5Kg. Available with 12V or 24V output which is ideal for a boat, camping etc we can export and install small wind generators that generate Peak output of 200W. Turbine diameter of 910mm. Weighs 15Kg. Available with 12V or 24V output. These wind powered generators are ideal for street lighting etc. We can either export wind generators separately or as packages including stands, inverters etc. In Thailand we can supply and install wind generators suitable for street lighting in windy areas such as beach frontage etc.
